Wholesale pricing is based on the actual pricing established for eligible products by each participating Vendor. Prices may differ by Vendor, product, category, or variation.
There is no single universal wholesale price across The Urban Strip Mall.

Wholesale and Retail Shopping Modes
After your membership is activated, your approved account receives access to the Wholesale / Retail Mode selector.
Use Wholesale Mode when you want to shop eligible products using available member wholesale pricing.
Use Retail Mode when you want to shop The Urban Strip Mall as a regular retail customer.
This gives you one customer account with the flexibility to move between retail and wholesale shopping whenever appropriate.
Activated members can also use the Wholesale Members Dashboard to access wholesale membership features and shopping links.
Vendor-Specific Wholesale Rules
The Urban Strip Mall is a multi-Vendor marketplace, and wholesale participation is determined by the actual wholesale offerings of participating Vendors.
Wholesale minimums are Vendor-specific.
If a participating Vendor requires a minimum quantity before wholesale checkout becomes available, that Vendor’s requirement must be satisfied independently. Quantities purchased from different Vendors do not combine to satisfy another Vendor’s wholesale minimum.
As additional Vendors join the wholesale marketplace, their prices, products, eligibility requirements, and minimum purchase requirements may differ.
The permanent Our Stores marketplace gives members one central place to discover current and future Vendors.

How Membership Access Works
TUS Wholesale Club is a fully virtual membership product. There is no physical membership product to ship.
Customers who have not yet completed the wholesale application should first Apply for Wholesale Membership.
After your membership payment is successfully received and verified:
- Your membership transaction passes the applicable account and payment security checks.
- Approved transactions activate your TUS Wholesale Club membership automatically.
- Your customer account receives wholesale privileges without removing other valid Urban Strip Mall memberships or access.
- Wholesale Mode becomes available to your activated account.
- You can begin shopping participating Vendors through Our Stores.
Transactions identified by security controls may be temporarily held for review before membership privileges are released.
Use the Urban Strip Mall customer account you intend to keep when completing your application and membership purchase because membership access is connected to that account.

Your membership is not limited to one permanent Vendor list.
As additional Vendors participate in the wholesale program, eligible wholesale shopping opportunities can become available through the same TUS Wholesale Club membership without requiring another membership purchase.
Individual Vendor pricing, eligibility, available products, and minimum-purchase requirements may change as the marketplace expands.

For $49.99, approved customers receive lifetime TUS Wholesale Club membership access to the wholesale side of The Urban Strip Mall marketplace, subject to participating Vendor availability, product eligibility, Vendor-specific wholesale requirements, account standing, security review, and applicable marketplace policies.

Final Sale & Membership Security Notice
The $49.99 TUS Wholesale Club membership fee is final and non-refundable after membership access is activated, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds, payment reversals, cancellations after payment, or successful chargebacks may result in suspension or revocation of the corresponding membership privileges. Transactions may also be reviewed or temporarily held when security controls identify activity requiring verification.
