What Your TUS Wholesale Club Membership Unlocks
TUS Wholesale Club is designed for shoppers, entrepreneurs, resellers, small businesses, boutiques, and other approved customers who want access to wholesale opportunities throughout The Urban Strip Mall.
Your lifetime membership provides access to:
- Member-only wholesale pricing on eligible products from participating Vendors
- Wholesale and Retail shopping modes
- Vendor-specific wholesale offers and purchasing opportunities
- The ability to mix qualifying products, sizes, colors, and variations from the same participating seller
- Access to future participating wholesale Vendors as the marketplace grows
- A centralized wholesale shopping experience through Our Stores
- Lifetime TUS Wholesale Club membership with no recurring membership fee
Wholesale pricing is established individually for eligible products.
Prices may differ by Vendor, product, category, size, colorway, or variation. Two qualifying products from the same seller do not need to have the same wholesale price to count toward that seller’s wholesale minimum.
There is no single universal wholesale price across The Urban Strip Mall, and not every product offered by a participating Vendor is necessarily wholesale-eligible.

Wholesale and Retail Shopping Modes
After your membership is activated, your approved account receives access to the Wholesale / Retail Mode selector.
Use Wholesale Mode when you want to shop eligible products using available member wholesale pricing.
Use Retail Mode when you want to shop The Urban Strip Mall as a regular retail customer.
This gives you one customer account with the flexibility to move between retail and wholesale shopping whenever appropriate.
Activated members can also use the Wholesale Members Dashboard to access membership features and wholesale shopping links.
How the Wholesale Minimum Works
Wholesale Club members need at least 2 wholesale-eligible items from the same seller to qualify for wholesale checkout from that seller.
You may satisfy the minimum with:
- Two units of the same eligible product
- Two different eligible products from the same seller
- Eligible sizes, colors, or other variations from the same seller
Eligible products may have different wholesale prices and still count together toward the 2-item minimum. Each product keeps its own assigned wholesale price.
Retail-only products do not count toward the wholesale minimum.
Items from different sellers cannot be combined toward one seller’s minimum.
If your cart contains qualifying wholesale products from more than one participating seller, each seller must independently meet its own 2-item minimum before wholesale checkout can proceed.
Why Lifetime Membership Instead of a Subscription?
Many wholesale platforms charge recurring monthly or annual membership fees.
TUS Wholesale Club works differently.
Your membership is purchased with one $99.99 payment.
There is nothing to renew every month and no annual membership payment required to maintain your lifetime access.

How Membership Access Works
TUS Wholesale Club is a fully virtual membership product. There is no physical membership product to ship.
Customers who have not yet completed the wholesale application should first Apply for Wholesale Membership.
After your membership payment is successfully received and verified:
- Your membership transaction passes the applicable account and payment security checks.
- Approved transactions activate your TUS Wholesale Club membership automatically.
- Your customer account receives wholesale privileges without removing other valid Urban Strip Mall memberships or access.
- Wholesale Mode becomes available to your activated account.
- You can begin exploring eligible wholesale products through Our Stores.
Transactions identified by security controls may be temporarily held for review before membership privileges are released.
Use the Urban Strip Mall customer account you intend to keep when completing your application and membership purchase because membership access is connected to that account.

One Membership — A Growing Marketplace
TUS Wholesale Club is built to grow with The Urban Strip Mall.
Your membership is not limited to one permanent Vendor list.
As additional Vendors participate in the wholesale program, new eligible wholesale shopping opportunities can become available through the same lifetime TUS Wholesale Club membership without requiring another membership purchase.
Individual Vendor participation, eligible products, wholesale prices, available variations, and other marketplace offerings may change as the marketplace grows.

For $99.99, approved customers receive lifetime TUS Wholesale Club membership access to wholesale shopping opportunities across The Urban Strip Mall, subject to participating Vendor availability, product eligibility, seller-specific wholesale minimums, account standing, security review, and applicable marketplace policies.

Final Sale & Membership Security Notice
The $99.99 TUS Wholesale Club membership fee is final and non-refundable after membership access is activated, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds, payment reversals, cancellations after payment, or successful chargebacks may result in suspension or revocation of the corresponding membership privileges. Transactions may also be reviewed or temporarily held when security controls identify activity requiring verification.
