💎 TUS Wholesale Club: Minimum 2 items per order required for wholesale pricing. Single items are charged at retail price. Your $49.99 membership pays for itself on your very first 2-pair order.
1. MEMBERSHIP & ELIGIBILITY
TUS Wholesale Club membership is open to any individual or business entity who completes the membership application and pays the required one-time membership fee. Members must be 18 years of age or older. The Urban Stripmall reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its sole discretion.
2. MEMBERSHIP FEE
The TUS Wholesale Club requires a one-time, non-refundable membership fee of $49.99 USD, payable immediately via PayPal upon application submission. This fee grants the member lifetime access to wholesale pricing on all eligible products. Under no circumstances will this fee be refunded, including but not limited to account termination, product dissatisfaction, or voluntary cancellation. Your account will be activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
3. MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT
Wholesale members must purchase a minimum of 2 items per order to receive wholesale pricing. Single-item purchases are permitted but will be charged at retail price. Wholesale pricing is automatically applied at checkout when 2 or more items are in the cart for eligible wholesale members. This minimum applies to all orders placed under a Wholesale Customer account.
4. WHOLESALE PRICING
Approved wholesale members will have access to exclusive wholesale pricing displayed on product pages upon login. Wholesale prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Wholesale pricing is strictly confidential and may not be shared with non-members.
5. ORDER & PAYMENT
All wholesale orders are subject to standard WooCommerce checkout procedures. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. The Urban Stripmall accepts PayPal and Stripe as payment methods for wholesale orders.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Wholesale orders are shipped within 14–28 business days from the date of order confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on order volume, destination country, and supplier availability. The Urban Stripmall is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events. Free shipping is available on wholesale orders over $500.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Wholesale returns are NOT automatically granted. Because wholesale members already receive heavily discounted pricing, returns on wholesale orders are subject to review and approval by The Urban Stripmall at its sole discretion. To request a return, members must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the order. The membership fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Wholesale members agree to keep all wholesale pricing information strictly confidential. Members may not publish, disclose, or share wholesale prices with any third party. Violation of this clause may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
The Urban Stripmall reserves the right to terminate any wholesale membership account at its sole discretion, including for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of wholesale pricing. No refund of the membership fee will be issued upon termination.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Urban Stripmall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use wholesale services.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
The Urban Stripmall reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of wholesale membership privileges after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
