TUS Wholesale Club membership is open to an individual or business entity that completes the membership application, uses an approved Urban Strip Mall customer account, and completes the required one-time membership payment. Members must be 18 years of age or older. The Urban Stripmall may deny, restrict, suspend, or revoke wholesale membership when reasonably necessary for eligibility, fraud prevention, payment security, abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.
TUS Wholesale Club requires one $49.99 USD payment for lifetime membership access. The membership becomes final sale and non-refundable after wholesale membership access is activated, except where required by applicable law. Most verified payments activate automatically after successful payment; security-flagged transactions are held for review before access is released. A refund, payment reversal, or successful chargeback may suspend or revoke the wholesale entitlement tied to the affected payment.
Activated wholesale members may shop in Wholesale Mode or Retail Mode. In Wholesale Mode, each participating Vendor represented in the cart must independently satisfy its applicable wholesale minimum before checkout/payment can proceed. The current default is 2 qualifying wholesale-enabled items per participating Vendor, but Vendor-specific minimums may differ. Quantities do not pool across Vendors. Retail-only products do not count toward wholesale minimums. Retail Mode is the intentional path for ordinary retail purchases and does not impose wholesale minimums.
Approved wholesale members have access in Wholesale Mode to the actual wholesale price configured for each eligible product or variation. Wholesale prices are product/Vendor-specific; there is no universal Urban Strip Mall wholesale price. Current CEE YO' VIZION eyewear is offered at $250 per qualifying pair, while other current or future Vendors may use different wholesale prices. Wholesale prices are subject to change as Vendor/product offers change.
Wholesale Mode orders are subject to the applicable Vendor-minimum gate before payment. Retail Mode orders use ordinary retail checkout behavior without wholesale minimums. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. The Urban Stripmall accepts the payment methods made available at checkout. Membership and other transactions may be placed on a security or payment-review hold before the related entitlement or order is released.
Wholesale orders are shipped within 14–28 business days from the date of order confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on order volume, destination country, and supplier availability. The Urban Stripmall is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events. Free shipping is available on wholesale orders over $500.
Wholesale merchandise returns are not automatically granted and remain subject to eligibility review under the applicable Return Policy. To request a wholesale merchandise return, members must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the order and wait for written approval before shipping anything back. The $49.99 membership is final sale and non-refundable after activation except where required by applicable law.
Wholesale members agree not to improperly publish, disclose, or share member-only wholesale pricing information in violation of these terms or applicable law. Material misuse may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of wholesale privileges.
An open payment dispute or transaction requiring additional verification may result in a temporary protective suspension of the wholesale entitlement tied to the affected payment while the payment status is reviewed. If the payment remains valid, the affected entitlement may be restored. A refund, payment reversal, cancellation after payment, or successful chargeback may result in revocation of the corresponding wholesale entitlement. Unrelated valid USM memberships are not intentionally removed. These terms do not prevent use of payment-provider dispute procedures and do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
The Urban Stripmall may restrict, suspend, or terminate a wholesale membership for material violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, payment failure, security risk, abuse, or misuse of wholesale privileges, subject to applicable law. Any membership-fee refund rights are governed by the final-sale terms above and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Urban Stripmall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use wholesale services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
The Urban Stripmall may update these Terms & Conditions as the marketplace, Vendor participation, security requirements, or applicable law changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and material notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise.
