Damage Items, Returns, Refunds, Credits, and Balances Due:

Being that we offer enormous discounts, we ONLY credit refunds (along with postage fees) if the package has shipping damage or if the package is defective once opened. Contact Customer Service for instructions if you have a defective package. You have 3 days to return the package for a full refund, after approval.

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and find any shipping damage, please contact Customer Service immediately.

Please save all packaging materials and paperwork that came with your order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of the packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you could possibly jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

When we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you received a email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution’s billing cycle.

REMINDER – Return requests must be submitted within 3 days after the item has been delivered.

– Item(s) must be shipped to our Local Urban Stripmall Returns Department
(The Address Will Be Provided) within 3 days after approval. Returns cannot be sent to the back to the mailing address which the item was mailed from.

– Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. For your protection, we suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information.

– Item(s) must be unworn/Not used or open and in the original condition received. The box &/or packaging must also be in the same condition as received. Shoe boxes should not be used as the packing box.

– Final sale orders are not eligible for a return, which include high-end items, items purchased during a promotional period; International orders; and Items purchased at our retail location.

– Once your return is approved & received, you will be issued a merchandise credit less a 10% restocking fee. Merchandise credits are non-transferable and can only be used at

REMINDER – Please allow 10-14 business days from receiving your return to evaluate and process the return.

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or there has been a fulfillment error, please contact Customer Service along with your order details and we will address it promptly.

If you purchased an incorrect size, you may submit a return request for merchandise credit. You may then use that credit to purchase the correct size, subject to availability. Please keep in mind that the returns process can take up to 14 business days before a merchandise credit is issued.

Early Access

Early Access items are limited to one pair per customer. Orders placed for Early Access items are not guaranteed until tracking information is confirmed.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: High-end products & digital products (products that could be copied and duplicated) are subject to NO Returns or Refunds.

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product.
