The Urban Stripmall is committed to your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have connected your social media account (Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms) to our services, you may request deletion of that data at any time using the instructions below.

Facebook & Instagram Data Deletion

The Urban Stripmall uses Facebook Login as an optional sign-in method. We do not save your personal data on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide our services. In compliance with Facebook Platform Policy, we provide the following data deletion instructions.

How to Remove The Urban Stripmall App from Facebook

Go to your Facebook Account Settings

Open Facebook, click your profile picture, and select Settings & Privacy → Settings.

Find Apps & Websites

In the left sidebar, click Apps and Websites. You will see all apps and websites you have connected to your Facebook account.

Find The Urban Stripmall

Search for "The Urban Stripmall" in the search bar, or scroll through the list to find it.

Remove the App

Click on The Urban Stripmall, then click Remove. Confirm the removal when prompted.

Done

You have successfully removed The Urban Stripmall app and its associated data from your Facebook account.

To request deletion of any personal data we hold about you — including your account information, order history, or any other data — contact us directly using the information below.

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email. Please note that some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes as required by applicable law.

What Gets Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove or anonymize the following data associated with your account:

Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
Billing and shipping addresses
Social media login associations (Facebook, Instagram)
Newsletter and marketing subscriptions
Saved preferences and wishlist data
Any submitted form data (contact forms, return requests)

Please note: Some data may be retained for legal, tax, or compliance purposes. Order records may be kept for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations. Retained data will not be used for marketing purposes.
