Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Enrollment in the Program: By enrolling in The Urban Stripmall’s affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Affiliate Responsibilities: As an affiliate, you are responsible for promoting The Urban Stripmall’s products and services in a truthful and ethical manner. Term and Termination: This agreement will remain in effect until either party terminates it. The Urban Stripmall reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time for any reason, with or without cause.
Modification of Terms: The Urban Stripmall reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions for updates.
Limitation of Liability: The Urban Stripmall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
