📜 Official Rules: The Montfort Legacy Prize Giveaway

These Official Rules govern the Montfort Legacy Prize giveaway (The “Giveaway“) operated by [The Urban Stripmall & Cornelius L. Montfort Jr] (“Sponsors”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

1. 📅 Eligibility and Entry Period

  • Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate families, and household members are ineligible.

  • Entry Period: The Giveaway operates on a [Weekly/Monthly] cycle. Specific dates are posted on the official Montfort Legacy Prizes category page.

2. 🎟️ Entry Methods and Value (USM Token Currency)

Participation is achieved through two methods. All ticket purchases must be completed using USM Tokens or Cash/Credit.

A. Premium Entry: Purchase of “Her Shoes: A Novel” (10,000 Entries!)

  • Action: Purchase of one new copy of “Her Shoes: A Novel” by Cornelius L. Montfort Jr.

  • Entry Value: TEN THOUSAND (10,000) entries assigned per book purchased.

  • Cost: bonus reward for supporting the novel.

B. Direct Entry Ticket Purchase (USM Tokens/Cash/Credit)

  • Action: Purchasing “Legacy Prize Entry Tickets” exclusively using USM Tokens and Cash/Credit.

  • Entry Value: 1 Token = 1 Ticket; 5 Tokens = 5 Tickets; 10 Tokens = 10 Tickets. & $1 = 10 Tickets

Obtaining USM Tokens

  1. Free Acquisition: Tokens earned via Daily Login Bonus, Welcome Bonus, or “Shop & Earn”.

  2. Direct Purchase: Tokens purchased via USM Token Packages.

3. 🎁 Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Prizes for each Contest Period include items from these categories:

 

Ultimate Luxury Bags

Prize: (Example) Hermès Birkin Bag
ARV: $10,000 – $50,000

 

Signature Style Luxury Frames

Prize: (Example) Authentic Cartier Frame Glasses
ARV: Varies by Model

 

Luxury Footwear Dream

ARV: Varies by Model/Release
 

  • Substitution: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value.

4. 🏆 Drawing and Winner Notification

  • Drawing: Randomized process within 7 days of Contest Period close.

  • Winner Notification: Contacted via email/phone. Must respond within 72 hours.

  • One Prize Per Person: Associated entries removed from the pool after winning once per period.

5. 💰 Taxes and Conditions

  • Taxes: Winners receive Form 1099-MISC for prizes $600 or more.

  • Release: Winners grant rights for promotional use of name and likeness.
