At The Urban Stripmall, we stand behind every product we carry. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a request. All returns and exchanges are subject to review and approval by our team.

Damaged or Defective Items

We prioritize the safe arrival of your products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, follow these steps:

  • Refusal of Delivery: If an order arrives with obvious shipping damage, refuse the delivery immediately and contact us.
  • Immediate Contact: If you find damage after acceptance, contact Customer Service within 3 days of delivery to open a Returns Case.
  • Preserve Packaging: Save all packaging materials and paperwork. Disposing of these may jeopardize your ability to receive a credit or refund.
  • Approval Required: Once a case is approved, you have 3 days to return the package for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Digital products from The Archive Hub are non-refundable.

Credits, Fees & Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Store credit may be issued at our discretion as an alternative to a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Digital downloads and subscription products.
  • Wholesale membership fees ($49.99 one-time fee is non-refundable).
  • Any item marked Final Sale at time of purchase.

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items within the 7-day window. To request an exchange:

  • Submit a Return Request and select Exchange as your request type.
  • Specify the item you would like in exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.

⚠️ We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product. All return decisions are final and at the discretion of The Urban Stripmall management team.
